Service Description

A certified copy is a copy of a primary document that has on it an endorsement or certificate that it is a true copy of the primary document. It does not certify that the primary document is genuine, only that it is a true copy of the primary document. Certified copies are $5.00 per stamp Mobile/Travel Fees: Franklin County: Flat Fee of $40.00 minimum Additional Fees may apply: Wait time = $25 per 30 min wait No Show Fee = $45 Example:: 1 notarial act ($5) + Travel ($40) = $45 total fee (This example is based on actual Ohio-regulated notarization fee but it does not include any certificates that may also be required.) *Minimum Traveling Fees are still due if signing does not occur for any reason when Notary arrives, or if an appointment is canceled 30 minutes or less prior to the scheduled time. Please be sure to cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment.
