I-9 Verification

Service Description

The I-9 form, issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), verifies the identity and employment eligibility for employees hired in the U.S. The form is to be completed by both the employee and the employer (or authorized representative). As part of the process, the employee must present documents verifying his or her eligibility to work in the U.S., and the employer (or authorized representative) must physically examine these documents. Mobile/Travel Fees: Franklin County - Flat Fee of $50 minimum *Minimum Traveling Fees are still due if verification does not occur for any reason when Notary arrives, or if an appointment is canceled 30 minutes or less prior to the scheduled time. Please be sure to cancel within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment.
