The actual loan closing. Allow our certified loan signing agents to close the deal for you. We can meet all of your loan signing needs. All fees include round-trip travel within the following central Ohio counties: Franklin, Madison, Union, Fairfield and Delaware. *FedEx and UPS drop offs are included with Loan Signing. We don't provide a shipping label. * In Office signings will be discussed further Refinance With or Without scan backs and one (1) copy for the signer Home Equality Line of Credit With or Without scan backs and one (1) copy for the signer Seller Packages With or Without scan backs and one (1) copy for the signer Purchase With or Without scan backs and one (1) copy for the signer Reverse Mortgage With or Without scan backs and one (1) copy for the signer Loan Modifications With or without scan backs and one (1) copy for the signer Additional Fees: No Show = FULL CHARGE after waiting 1/2 hour, not enough time to complete the signing in time. Wait Fee = $25 per 15 min wait up to 30 mins max Client Refusal to Sign = FULL CHARGE Cancellation Fee = $65 if less than 5 business hours to scheduled appointment
